Neil’s unique blend of professional experience helps him deliver a broad range of business development talent and search solutions. His personal business development and sales industry experience, combined with extensive sales and marketing recruitment experience, positions him perfectly to demonstrate the positive impacts on business growth of high performing commercial talent.
Background
Neil spent his early career in London with world famous toy brand Hamley’s, as an Area Manager with direct responsibility for several satellite retail outlets across the UK. He returned to Scotland in 1998 to join Coca Cola Enterprises como gerente de vendas da equipe de vendas na Escócia, antes de passar para Pernod Ricard UK where he worked in business development and key account management.
From retail to recruitment

In 2011 Neil accepted an offer to return to the recruitment marketplace to launch Hudson’s UK Sales Practice, where he expanded his business portfolio by launching sales business units across the English regions and assuming responsibility for Hudson’s already established Scottish Marketing & Communications business. Neil was promoted to Associate Director of Hudson Sales in 2014.

In his spare time, Neil enjoys playing golf, watching football and spending quality time with his wife and two much loved children.
